The concept for the Santander CustomerFIRST programme is to measure & improve customer satisfaction after each Branch visit. Santander wanted insight into Branch performance as a means to improving value & service for its customers.
Targeted Emails and Survey pages were constructed and a bespoke reporting Portal was built to provide easy management access to real-time metrics indicating individual customer satisfaction. This Portal is used by 1300+ branch managers nation-wide and the insights generated are used to improve service in-branch. The AA launched a new website, and wanted a complimentary suite of email campaigns.

Santander launched the 123 Current Account, a market leading banking product as a counter to the challenging economic climate. Santander needed a solution to support the consumer through completion of each stage of setting up their new account.
With Santander, MS developed a strategic suite of emails to communicate at key stages during the customer life-cycle, to ensure customers gain maximum benefits from their account. These proved to be timely, well received and had significant results. East Devon District Council were looking to distribute key information for a public consultation on a 20 year redevelopment proposal for the Devon’s historic Jurassic coast.
A digital download information pack using approved Brand assets was created within a tight timescale. The information pack was also distributed in hard copy and was made available to all residents affected by the new scheme. EDDC received over 500 questionnaires showing a wide spread of opinion from residents, businesses, organisations and visitors.
